Challenges
The BizOps team relies on multiple tools, making it difficult to scale operations effectively. Bringing data together from different platforms to make informed decisions is time-consuming and inefficient. Teams were faced with scalability challenges as they tried to manage vast amounts of data across numerous tools.
Solutions
The Spacebar team developed a comprehensive dashboard by integrating multiple databases, stripe and other tools into a single platform. The custom dashboard consolidated coach and clients onboarding, managing sessions including overrides, payouts and data analysis, while automating workflows and providing real-time insights. The platform optimized performance to manage up to 150 sessions and removed the dependency on tools like Google Sheets.
